Our friends and volunteers sustain the Trust in many ways.  The founder friends set up the Friends of the Blackden Trust, to raise funds and to provide practical help.  They share the responsibility for the conducted tours and organise the catering at all our events.

Volunteers also give their time to further our activities; as guides; as assistants to the tutors; in the office and also with the catering. We welcome those who would like to help to save special place and share it with people who appreciate it.
